Juli Tussing
Executive Assistant
She recently got married to Than Tussing who is an avid Ducks fan. They spend their fall weekends in Eugene at the games or being with friends and family.
Juli joined the Eternal Impact team in July of 2007. She comes to Eternal Impact with a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from Elmira College in New York State. Being born an Oregonian, after finishing her degree, she found her way back to the west to be close to family. |

Kennedy Kirui
Ministry Director, Uganda
Kennedy takes care of all our Uganda location needs. He works with local universities and organization to arrange for our Global Impact Teams. Before joining the Eternal Impact in July of 2006, Kennedy attended Kampala International University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education. He is also working toward his Masters Degree in Education Administration and Management.
When he is not busy running the Eternal Impact Uganda office, Kennedy enjoys reading Christian Literature, visiting friends and traveling.

Candy Dunbar
Treasurer/Accountant
Candy Dunbar takes care of all the financial records for Eternal Impact. A graduate of Seattle Pacific University with a bachelors degree in accounting, Candy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Oregon and Washington. She works full time in the public accounting firm of Jarrard Seibert Pollard & Company, LLC in West Linn, Oregon.
Candy lives with her husband of sixteen years, Bill, and their two daughters, Brianna (11) and Nicole (7) in Milwaukie, Oregon. Candy has been a part of the Eternal Impact Team since 1999.

Will Nelson
Communications Coordinator
Will joined the Eternal Impact team in December of 2008, he and his beautiful wife Kendra live in Portland and attend Imago Dei Community Church.
Will and Kendra both grew up in Southern Oregon and were married on May 30th, 2009. Will has a bachelors degree in theology from Siskiyou Bible College and has worked for 8 years in the video production and design industry.

Lance Briggs
East Africa Area Director
Lance is passionate about helping more young people live out their faith both locally and in East Africa. Lance was born and raised in the Portland area. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2006 where he studied marketing. Since college he has had various jobs and spent time in Colorado and Utah before returning home and joining the team at Eternal Impact.
Being a proud Oregonian, and having spent time as a lift operator and river guide, Lance loves anything outdoors, especially when he can share his passions and adventures with others.
