Want to do something to help others this Christmas? I know you do!


That’s why Operation Christmas Stocking exsits! It has been so much fun and fulfilling for my family and many of our friends, that we are back for our 3rd year!

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Take the entier family out for a shopping trip to find all the food and hygiene items to fill the Christmas Stockings. For a list of necesarry items, click the box marked “Shopping List”.

Step 2: Fill your stockings with all your assorted goodies and drop them off at any of our convenient locations before Noon December 14th.  Click on any of the locations for directions:

Step 3: The last step is completely optional, but I do encourage everyone to participate. On December 17th we head downtown with cars full of stockings, hot cocoa, fresh coffee, Christmas cookies, and a whole lot of Christmas joy. While walking the streets and singing Christmas Carols we spread Christmas cheer to many in need while handing out the stockings and refreshments to all people who are spending the Christmas season in the cold, lonely streets, of downtown Portland.

This is truly a special way to spend the Christmas season doing what Jesus taught us… helping the helpless, caring for those in need and most importantly: spreading the Good News that a Savior has come!

We hope that you will be able to join us! Whether filling stockings, or caroling with us on the 17th, you will be making a huge difference.
